I’m proud to announce that I quit smoking for 2 months now and I feel great. It wasn’t as I expected because many people told me that they tried to quit but couldn’t because of different problems that occured such as trouble breathing, nausea and such coupled with the reflex of reaching for the cigarettes pack. In my case, it was fairly easy in the sense that I didn’t experience any of those things except the reflex thing but even the reflex thing wasn’t too hard. All you need to quit is a little will and focus. The first four days are “the hardest” so to speack because you still have nicotine in your body. After that, the reflex dissapears slowly but surely. As I said, I have 2 months since I quit smoking. Below are some stimulating photos to help those of you who want to quit.
