Browsing the web for new and interesting articles, I found an article on geeky-gadgets about Sony’s new OLED display. It’s only 0.3 mm thick and it’s the thinnest OLED display in the world.

Don’t be fouled by the slimness of this display. Despite the fact that is 1/10^th the thickness of the previous record holder, the Sony XEL-1,which was 3mm thick, the new display offers a resolution of 960×540 pixels.

Other technical information wasn’t offered by Sony, the availability of this new display may be in the next 2 or 3 years.
